Setting up online to register to pay cotisations?

Many thanks for setting up our business in France for us. We are still waiting for much of the information for the other bodies but I am currently in the process of setting us up on lautoentrepreneur.fr ready to pay our monthly cotisations. We are a chambre d’hotes and salon de thé but I’m uncertain which boxes to tick on the cotisations page.
