Cotisation fonciere des entreprises 2015 buildings

I am trying to fill in my 1447-C-K form for cotisation fonciere des entreprises 2015 with your guide, however when I get to Section C I am a bit confused. I am a property manager/cleaner and so I do not work from a building, I work in many of my clients houses.

Where when it asks where I work I have just put chez clients, is this sufficient? I have not filled in any other information for the other questions because they do not apply, but it also says that they will fine me 15 euros per mistake if I don’t give enough information. Do I need to attach any more information?
