I've asked my friend Henrietta and her team at Beaux Villages in Dordogne to share a few examples of properties for sales in their area. But not any property... some that could actually host a gite or retreat business! Have a sneak peak at these properties and get in touch with them if you want to know more.
You will see that some descriptions mention "subject to permission". As you know, you always need to ensure that the mairie will allow you to run a holiday rental by asking for "Déclaration de meublé de tourisme". I always advise to double-check this with the mairie before putting an offer through.
