According to an article published in Les Echos, the proposed reform to the auto-entrepreneur regime no longer plans to limit the maximum annual threshold to 19,000 euros. The text to be presented to the Government on 21st August no longer refers to the 19,000 euros turnover threshold and states that turnover thresholds will be clarified at a later date.
Initially the new law planned to lower the maximum turnover for auto-entrepreneurs to 19,000 euros, against 32,600 currently in place for professions liberales.
