New micro-entrepreneur business healthcare cover?

Valerie you set up my micro-entrepreneur business account in France recently… thank you.
- I have received a letter from the régime social des indépendants (RSI) with my social security number but my wife has not, will she have her own number to be covered for healthcare?
- Do I now need to register with the correct body, which I believe is the Greffe de tribunal de commerce, or is this already done?
- Can I confirm that the social charges are paid quarterly and the tax is paid through my tax return at the end of the year?
- I have received letters from AG2R stating urgent, which appears to be about salaries, but I am not sure what I should do regarding this.
- Also letters from infor-siren which appear to be advertising, but again not sure if this is mandatory. I have also had a Certificat d’adhesion fromagirc et arrco, but again not sure what this is for.
