Is Appel de Cotisation from Centre National Entreprise (CNE) real or a scam?

My husband has registered as an auto-entrepreneur business through you Valerie. He has received an Appel de Cotisation from CNE (Centre National Entreprise) for the sum of 294.84 euros - is this another scam letter? Is there a list somewhere of known scam letters we can just ignore?
