Can I offer retired clients a tax rebate as a micro-entrepreneur?

Thank you for your answer of last week. Since then the law firm that I mentioned in my previous question want to meet me to discuss starting work for them in September and are pressing for me to become a micro-entrepreneur. As a consequence, I told the retired people to whom I already give English lessons that I intend to operate as a micro-entrepreneur from September.

Up until now my retired students have paid me via chèque emploi service universel (CESU) and I understand from them that they have got an automatic tax rebate of around 50% because of their retired status. When I told them that I would be invoicing them as a micro-entrepreneur from September, they asked me whether I could facilitate somehow their being able to still claim their 50% tax rebate. Thus, I am writing to you to find out whether I could offer this service and if I can, how would I go about it?
