Would I qualify for the 1500 euro assistance?

Hello, I am a micro-enterprise / AE and have been since 2012; I took up a 6 month IT contract in November 2019 (outside of my AE business) where I am contracted to work 37.5 hours a week. The contract may or may not be renewed. I have also been running my AE business during the same period;

My AE turnover has decreased by over 70% over the year, but I notice there are restrictions as to who qualifies for the 1500 assistance, particularly the AE “ne pas avoir de contrat de travail à temps complet”.
Is a 6 month temporary contract counted as a “contrat de travail à temps complet”?
