Working from a professional kitchen

After nearly a year from cooking at home and customers coming to collect their food from us, we have been offered a professional kitchen to share with another business. Our business model stays the same. We cook for a Friday night and our customers come and collect their food. Would working from a professional kitchen and not from our own change my status. I am currently registered as a traiture with the chamber of commerce and as I cook from home and people come to collect their food from our house will be registering with the chamber de métier de artisanal.
