I asked you about this recently as my husband would like to get back into house selling/buying without too much paperwork. He received this email out of the blue, can you comment please:

Can I get you into the property business, we are not a franchise, no fees or set up charges, full training given, my job offer: Meet international clients, show them a shortlist of preselected properties and liasion with local estate agencies and Notaires, I provide (free) your license for this activity and best of all, gp-immo international marketing send you buyers thru our international marketing and ‘‘introducer’’ network partners. Register here: http://www.auto-entrepreneur.fr Do so as: Agent Commercial, once you have done this we complete and have issued you estate agent license, you are taxed on income earned under this registration, no fixed quarterly cotisations. Remuneration: Gp-immo pays out 60% of collected agency fees on every sale, this our agents frequently share on a 50/50 basis with our many international ‘‘introducer’’ partners. Catchment area: our agents work a 15 kilometer (plus-minus) circumference around their home.
