Working as a builders labourer?

I am not a professional builder but have a lot of experience with DIY. I am interested in carrying out small building jobs for individual clients or working alongside a professional builder when he needs a second pair of hands as a labourer. Please can you tell me if this is possible under the auto-entrepreneur scheme and also if I need any qualifications or insurance? Can you also tell me if it is possible for an individual to have two or more independent auto-entrepreneur’s? I already carry out a consulting role under an auto-entrepreneur and these areas aren’t related.
