With my S1 family attestation, can I stay in the S1 system and become a micro or auto entrepreneur?

I am planning to start a small perfume business in Provence, but I’m worried about losing my family S1 status, but someone said being a a micro or auto entrepreneur does not get you into the French health system, so I wouldn’t lose the S1 status. On a connected point, I have a temporary (1) Social number - Will the family automatically get our Carte Vitale (been waiting 3 months), or can you not get a Carte Vitale and S1 status at the same time ie is it one or the other.
