Wise Business Account Question

Hi Valerie and others,
I recently created a Wise business account for my microbic, thinking this would be the easiest way to manage payments from American clients. BUT, as I am setting up my professional space via impots.gouv.fr I see that I need to connect a bank that is eligible for SEPA, B2B and CORE transactions. I’ve researched these distinctions, but I’m still not sure whether Wise is eligible.
-Can I use Wise as a business account?
-Should I be connecting Wise to my impots.gouv.fr personal space?
-Is Wise eligible?

Thanks for any insights! I’m struggling with the banking portion of my micro-entreprise.
