Will my auto-entrepreneur taxes be deducted from my bank account?

A few days ago I filed my first online tax declaration as an auto-entrepreneur. All seems to be well, except now I’m not sure if the taxes will be taken directly from the bank account I entered when I registered? Or do need to go pay them personally anywhere?
