Will my auto-entrepreneur health cover change when I get employed?

I’ve been an auto-entrepreneur for about a year but still haven’t received my Carte Vitale. Who do I contact about it? I’ve seen a doctor couple of times in France and have been partially reimbursed by a company called Mut’est. Is this company equivalent to CPAM or is it a complimentary insurance? Also, I will become a full-time employee soon but want to keep my auto-entrepreneur business to do some freelance work now and then. Will my health cover change when I get employed by a company?
