Will I automatically receive an tax return?

I have completed my first year as an auto-entrepreneur. I pay my social charges on line, but I am struggling with how best to pay income tax. I researched the forum and due to my turnover I think it would be best to continue opting out. I need to know if I will automatically receive a tax return where I can disclose my turnover and pay the income tax due (1.7%). If not, who do I approach about getting in the system?

In addition to the 1.7% income tax, will I be liable for further tax if my income exceeds the current personal tax allowance?
