Will changes to my auto-entrepreneur affect my cotisations?

I am concerned that the new changes to auto-entrepreneur will effect my cotisation payments. I have filled in the Cerfa n°15260*01 but I am concerned that if I catagorise my business as a service (chambres d’hotes and séjours linguistiques) I will be asked to declare under presentation des services (22.9%) when I currently declare under ventes de marchandises 13.3%. I thought I would catagorise my activity as commercial?
Do I have to provide any other details along with this form when re registering, i.e. proof of residence, photocopy of passport etc.
