Wife and children on my carte vitale?

After many months I have finally received my Carte Vitale - thank you for answering many of my questions on the way! However, I now would like to ensure that my wife and 2 children (3 and 4 years old) are covered as well. Will they automatically be on my card or is it necessary to contact RAM and get separate cards for each of them? I am currently an auto-entrepreneur, though that will probably change soon as I am likely to go above the threshold this year. My wife does not work and therefore has absolutely no cover of her own at the moment.
