Why is the online auto-entrepreneur registration asking for a SIREN?

I have completed the application, however it is telling me I need to fill in the following fields:
- Section 5 (Dénomination du Domiciliataire) is asking for SIREN which I do not have yet. I did select never having before a SIRET.
- Section 7 (votre conjoint… oui or non?), but I do not have a partner or spouse.
