Why is my auto entrepreneur business inactif?

I’m trying to pay and declare my amount from the last trimester 2013 for auto entrepreneur. But when I put in my details it says my business is registered as inactif, why would this be? We are not inactif at all, although we were for those months pretty much as we were getting set up.
