Why haven’t I received my French social security number yet

I set up an autoentrepreneur account 6 weeks ago, and applied for my SSN 6 weeks ago.
I know in your course you mentioned that we normally receive a temporary SSN in 10 days.
However, that has not happened for me, I am still waiting!
What should I do?
