Why have I received a relance amiable?

I received a relance amiable (pour defaut de declaraton de chiffres d’affaires) from RSI dated 11/02/2014. I sent my first (paper) declaration and cheque on 22/01/2014. The cheque is already cashed in, according to my bank statement. I am not sure if this relance amiable is just a friendly reminder, or I made a mistake in the declaration. Or RSI is making the mistake here. Can someone advise me?
