Why did I get a paper decleration form for my business in France?

Although I have registered online to do my quarterly forms for auto-entrepreneur business, I have today received in hard copy paper the form Decleration Trimestrielle De Chiffre D’Affaires, stating this should be returned by 1/2/10. I registered the business 17 September 2009, therefore it is my first quarter, so should this be due later as my first one, on the form the deadline is 1/2/10?
- Should I have received this paperwork if I am registered online to pay and my money is taken automatic on line through my bank as I filled in everything for that to happen?
- Shall I ignore this form?
- Also why do you receive two copies of everything?
