Who would be the auto-entrepreneurs customer?

As an auto-entrepreneur cleaning holiday apartments and handling changeovers I collect the money (for cleaning) from the renter when they arrive at apartment and hand them keys. Would technically the renter be my customer - or would the owner be my customer - whose premisses I am cleaning? I am trying to establish who would I invoice.
