Who to chase for carte vitale in France?

I was registered as artisan business in France in September have managed to pay my first tax declaration thanks to your video and help. I have lots of things through post from pro BTP but not sure who they are? But I still have not received any info for health cover and not sure who is handling it (can’t see it on registration) or pensions. I have made a few calls but keep getting directed to other places. Have you an email address or telephone number please?
