Who should I contact to find out the status of my Auto-entrepeneur application?
Hello everyone - very new to all of this so excuse my very basic knowledge. I completed the online application for Auto-Entrepeneur on the 8th April and it was accepted by APCE, who immediatly sent back a dossier reference - at this point their system experienced problems and I lost the dossier email before I could save it.
To date I have not received any contact with any department with regard to my application save to say that APCE confirm they received it and their computers were faulty and that they had experienced a high volume of applications and I was to wait. In that order.
Further attempts to get assistance from APCE result in them saying they are not the processing authority, only the facilitators for initial applications. They do not asist in redirecting me to the relevant department that can help. My problem is that I am lucky enough to have a great deal of work in the wings but cannot begin as I am not registered yet.
Can anyone advise me as to who I should be contacting to find out the status of my application, my French is very limited so perhaps a recommendation for a company/individual who can assist in unravelling this problem would be helpful as well.
