Who should I be chasing to get my carte vitale via my business in France?

I registered as auto-entrepreneur business in September but still have not got my carte vitale sorted out at all in France. I went to URSSAF and they have registered me and I am on their records. I asked for RAM Languedoc to be my medical provider but I have not heard anything from them.

My wife registered her AE business this month and we filled in her form exactly the same as mine - and she has heard from RAM Languedoc with her numero d’immatriculation etc. and the from to fill in with the doctor etc. So I corresponded with RAM but they are not being at all helpful and seem to be saying that they cannot do anything. Who should I be chasing for the numero d’immatriculation?
