Which would best describe property management without a qualification?

I am trying to set up a business and I am being asked to describe my activities. I have previously asked that as a property manager (key holding / changeover etc.) what NAF code I would be, and you have suggested 96.09Z autres services personal, however, this does not seem to be an option any more. I have found two other options but I am not sure if I need qualifications to describe myself as these. They are:

Entretien a la maison et travaux ménages
Petit travaux de nettoyage
