Which structure for a property finding and property management business?

My husband and I are starting the process of setting up a property services company in France. We will be offering a property finding service and property management and maintenance for people who already own second homes here. I have been looking at the different structures and am somewhat confused. Please can you explain the pros and cons of the structures that are available to us? If possible, we would like to make it a joint structure.
