Which set up for Gites in France

We have purchased a property in Brittany that we want to let out as Gites, 2 houses. I would like to set up a French company and want to know if this is possible as we do not live full time in France. At present we pay local people to maintain the gardens and carry out changeovers. I wondered if Micro Entrepreneur is an option for this situation, we aim to live full time in France at some point in the future.
