Which French tax forms do I need to complete for auto-entrepreneur business?

Which forms should I fill out if I registered my auto-entrepreneur business (and came to live in France at the same time) in October 2014. I think I should fill out:

2042 - Declaration des revenus 2014
2042 C PRO - Declaration complementaire - Professions non salariees

Do I need to fill out something else as well? I saw that form 2042 C - Declaration complementaire is mentioned a lot on the forum, but there only seems to be sections related to some extra profits.

Also, you refer to letter K in the names of the forms, e.g. 2042 CK PRO which I don’t seem to able to find in form names found on Impots webpage.
