Which business type suit us most in France?

We are unable to choose which business type to register so we need your help. We want to sell items online, mainly in Europe, so not only France, but as we live here, we want to register here. I am already working for a German company. My wife (non european but with visa) is not working and she is taking care of our two years old daughter.

Our ideal business type, will give my wife the status of worker (so we can apply for five days crèche for our daughter) and also will give her the possibility to have another job as employee months later, when the online store will be already launched.

Is such a thing possible? If yes, where can I find some information about how much it will cost me yearly?
