Which business type should I use, SARL or EURL?

My husband and I (Americans) are moving to France in October and will be starting up a business. I’ve looked through many posts and did some calculations on my own, but wanted to run it all by you to make sure it’s correct.  Our business is a service business, we are doing summer art camps for kids (we currently sold our children’s art studio here in Los Angeles). We are bringing over 9 kids from the US this summer for 18 days (our first trip). We don’t want it to be a US business, since we’ll live in France and would rather keep our income in France.

If we are full for the summers we could bring in around 110,000 euros for the year, but our expenses are high (cars, gas, food, activities, house rental (until we buy) activities, etc.)  auto-entrepreneur or EI wouldn’t work because of the high amount. Thinking a SARL or EURL would be the way to go. Not sure which one or the difference, it would be our business name with my husband and I running it. Is this the correct business type for us? So if my calculations are right our taxes might look something like this. 110,000 minus 53,000 expenses minus 12,000 (salary) = 45400.

I’d take the first 38,120 x 15% = 5718
the remainder 7280 x 33% = 2402
for a total of 8120

I’d subtract 8120 from the profit of 45400 and get 37280, that would be multiplied by 12% = 4473
So our total tax would be 5718 + 2402 + 4473? = 13,000?

Then I’d take 12000 + 37280 = 49,280 profit for the year (after taxes)?
Is this correct?
