Which business to start a business in France with several people?

Further to my previous question on starting a business in France with several people. Here is our situation relating to your questions:

We will have a bail commercial after 23 months.
Do the 3 of you want to be shareholders or some just want to be employees? We are all going to be shareholders.
How much money will you be bringing each (working capital, cash flow)? 1,500€ each to a total of 4,500€.
How will you split the shares? Equally.
What will each of you do in the business? We will all do everything.
How much does each of you need to take home every month (i.e. equivalent of a salary)? We are expecting nothing from the start but hope to build up to 750€ each more if it works well.
Are there any investments to be made and if so how much? Yes, there will be we are allowing 2,000€.

We know that we have to have to do a Hygiène Alimentaire (HACCP), Permis d’Exploitation and a business course. Do all three of us have to do all of them or can only one of us do them?
