Which business structure in France for two people?

I would like some advise on which business registration in France suits my business partner and I. We are planning to open two businesses, one in the wedding services industry and the second in the food services (food stall) at local markets.

We are both planning to invest 50/50 and work within the business 50/50 and to grow the business over five years to eventually employ staff. Initially we are working on the project part time so our profits will probably be low in the initial stages.

Are you able to give me an indication which French business structure best suits our ideas?
