Which business category for administration and website design work?

I am currently a commercant in France, selling fine jewellery I make online.

  1. As this is growing more slowly than expected I have decided to take on some general administration and website design work and wondered what business category that would be under?
  2. I realise I need to go to an office to do this, but which one?
  3. Initially this may bring in more income than my jewellery business, but how long would they give me to increase this income before asking me to change my primary business activity?
  4. I am intending to qualify as a personal trainer within the next six months and this will eventually take the place of the l administration and website design job. Will I be able to change my secondary category again within such a short space of time?
