Which auto-entrepreneur category for translation and teaching English?

Following on from my previous question, I have been looking at the online form to register as an auto-entrepreneur business teaching in France. Certainly for the translation work I think that the service linguistiques would be the best category under the secretariat, organisation, services support aux entreprises section. How would my inscription then cover any teaching English work?
Also, I am registered with the MSA as a smallholder but receive no health care with my inscription there. What should I choose where it asks which health cover? I am covered through an S1 form at the moment.
