Which address to register my auto-entrepreneur business at?

I am in the process of registering my counselling practice which will largely take place in public places, e.g. cafes, parks, community centres, schools. For safety reasons, when I reach section 3 of the auto-entrepreneur application form, I would much prefer not to register my home address, however do not have an alternative address to provide (either addresse professionelle or address de domiciliation). If I put my home address, will this be available to potential clients? If so, please can you advise me on how to obtain a addresse de comiciliation and how to obtain a SIREN, which seems to be compulsory?
