Where to obtain documents for RSI?

I recently received a message from the régime social des indépendants (RSI) asking for this information for my business registered in France:

Le justificatif de paiement du dernier trimestre de cotisations Rsi concernant le couple.
L’affiliation au Régime social des indépendants (Rsi) déclarations trimestrielle Urssaf concernant le couple à compter du 2ème trimestre 2014 afin de mettre à jour votre dossier.

Any suggestions welcome.
