Where is my French business still registered after 2 years?

I registered my business as auto entrepreneur back in 2020 but have only just started doing some consultancy as I ended up getting a salaried position until recently. I am just setting up a consultancy contract with a University in the UK and they have asked what French bodies the business is registered with. Am I right that it is INSEE? Am I automatically registered with my local Chamber of Commerce also? I need to include these in my contract and one of the clauses in it is that I have to notify them if my business registration with these bodies is cancelled.
