Where can we find turnover data for similar businesses for a business plan?

We are thinking of setting up a business here in France which is really a combination of offerings - a cafe with a retail element. We are trying to put together a business plan but don’t know how to go about finding figures for other for cafe and retail businesses which we could use as a benchmark? We are also looking for a good accountant in the Gironde. Can anyone point us in the right direction?
