Where can I get auto-entrepreneur insurance?

This year I changed from a commercante business to artisan in France. I make candles in a workshop I have at my house. I now need to change my Assurance Comptabilité Civile to include fabriquante and AXA nor Alliance are able to provide me with insurance and they don’t say why.

I desperately need this insurance to be able to practice so wondered if anyone can suggest a company who provides this type of insurance.
