Where and how to register web site

I want to start a web site which will advertise products for sale via private advertisers. People will deal direct with the advertiser but I will receive a payment for displaying and updating the ads. Some parts of the web site will be done for free for certain things, like wanted adverts for example. This is more a hobby than anything else, and based on a previous web site I have run it should bring in an income of 2000 to 3000 euro per year. Do I need to register it somewhere, if so where? Do I need to register under auto-entrepreneur and if so as what?
