When will I receive form 2042 C PRO?

I have recently received form 2047 with my main details automatically completed, e.g. name, address etc., for declaring income from abroad which I have completed and returned. I have not however received form 2042 C PRO that I need to complete. Will this be sent to me in the post or is it an online declaration? It just seemed odd to get the 2047 first.
