When to report lump sum income?

Bonjour Valérie,
One of my clients paid me in March—but we only used 1/4 of that for March and perhaps will only use 1/4 or 1/2 in April and the remainder in May.
It looks better for my visa to report the income as it is used—to spread it across 2-3 months. Can I report it this way to URSSAF and only pay on the amount I am reporting each month?
