When to pay declaration trimestrielle?

I have watched your video on completing this return but I am confused by the dates I have on the form I’ve received. The business started in Feb this year so I assumed the quarter end was March and pay by the end of April. However on the form I’ve received it states the date limite d’envoi as 1/8/2011? Can you advise why and when I should be paying?
