When should I start my auto-entrepreneur business as a life coach / writer?

I am studying life coaching and wish to start writing freelance online in my coaching niche before taking on paying clients. I will be starting with a blog, then go on to write articles and ebooks (eventually sales). Should I start up an auto-entrepreneur when I start receiving income or before? And should my auto-entrepreneur code be for a coach or a writer?
