When should I pay RSI?

I have completed my auto-entrepreneur 1er trimestre 2014 declaration on net-entreprises-fr. This gave me the amount I need to pay before end April 2014. I previously opted not to pay by bank transfer. Should I now send a cheque for the amount required to my RSI payment centre? Or should I wait for a bill?
