When shoud I get my 2013 tax form?

You helped me last year in respect of my auto-entrepreneur becoming my secondary means of employment. I informed URSAFF of the change to my circumstances. I undertook a small amount of work as an auto-entrepreneur at the beginning of 2013 before the change. All previous years RSI have sent me a statement at the beginning of the tax year confirming my earnings for the previous year for the tax office.

I have not received this yet nor have I received a tax return form for 2013 which I think needs to be in at the end of April this year for last year. Because of the change to my employment has this stopped the RSI information coming to me? I thought the tax form got sent automatically to me each year?
