When registering as profession liberal do I need to contact URSSAF?

I have just completed the online registration form to become an auto-entrepreneur as a management consultant. Do I need to contact URSSAF separately or are they automatically informed? I understand they may want evidence of experience / qualifications. If so would they want this translated?
